Ketchup Cake (Trendy)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 � tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • cup Ground Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Red Food Colouring
  • 1 � cups Butter, softened, divided
  • 1 � cups Packed Dark Brown Sugar
  • 2 Egg
  • 250 g Cream Cheese
  • 100 g Condensed Milk
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients and mix it until it is smooth and no lumps.
  • Bake in the oven at 160�c for 30 minutes

Frosting

  • Beat the cream cheese with whipping cream until it becomes pale.
  • Add vinegar and condensed milk.
  • Beat until fluffy.
  • Front the cake.
