Ketchup Cake (Trendy)
Ingredients
- 2 cups Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 � tsp Ground Cinnamon
- � cup Ground Tomato Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Red Food Colouring
- 1 � cups Butter, softened, divided
- 1 � cups Packed Dark Brown Sugar
- 2 Egg
- 250 g Cream Cheese
- 100 g Condensed Milk
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and mix it until it is smooth and no lumps.
- Bake in the oven at 160�c for 30 minutes
Frosting
- Beat the cream cheese with whipping cream until it becomes pale.
- Add vinegar and condensed milk.
- Beat until fluffy.
- Front the cake.
