Lamb Gozleme

Ingredients

For The Gozleme Dough

  • 7 g Sachet fast-action dried yeast
  • 1 tsp Golden castor sugar
  • 250 g Plain flour
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

For The Sause

  • 8 tbsp Gardens Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Very finely chopped red onions

For The Filling

  • Olive oil, plus extra to finish
  • Pack lamb mince
  • Garlic cloves, crushed
  • Greek spice
  • Zest lemon
  • Spring onions, finely sliced
  • Feta cheese

Instructions

Dough

  • Combine all ingredients and knead until it is smooth
  • Let it rest for 1 hour.
  • Deflate the dough, portion it and roll into few small disks.

Filling

  • Saute all ingredients except the feta cheese.
  • Let it cool a bit then begin to assemble.
  • Place one of the dough disk as a base and add the filling.
  • Crumble the feta cheese over it.
  • Close it with another piece of dough.
  • Clamp the edges and pan fry it.

Sauce

  • In a hot pan, combine all the ingredients and use it as a dipping!
