Lamb Gozleme
Ingredients
For The Gozleme Dough

Sachet fast-action dried yeast

Golden castor sugar
250

Plain flour

Olive oil
For The Sause

Gardens Tomato Ketchup

Honey

tbsp
Very finely chopped red onions
For The Filling
Olive oil,
plus extra to finish
Pack lamb mince
Garlic cloves,
crushed
Greek spice
Zest lemon
Spring onions,
finely sliced
Feta cheese
Instructions
Dough
Combine all ingredients and knead until it is smooth
Let it rest for 1 hour.
Deflate the dough, portion it and roll into few small disks.
Filling
Saute all ingredients except the feta cheese.
Let it cool a bit then begin to assemble.
Place one of the dough disk as a base and add the filling.
Crumble the feta cheese over it.
Close it with another piece of dough.
Clamp the edges and pan fry it.
Sauce
In a hot pan, combine all the ingredients and use it as a dipping!
