  • 350 g Chocolate
  • 100 g Rasaku Coconut Cooking oil

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients A in a bowl and beat for 3 minutes.

  • Transfer into a shallow baking pan 7x7 inch and bake for 15 minutes.

  • Combine ingredient B in a bowl and microwave it or double boil it until the chocolate are melted

  • Combine butter and condensed milk and then beat for 5 minutes.

  • Divide into 4 bowl and colour it up to your preference.

  • Smear the buttercream and sandwich the layer together.

  • Cut into 6 equal pieces

  • And pop in the popsicle stick

  • Freeze it for 15 minutes and dip into the chocolate

  • Place the cake on a parchment and let it set in chiller for a while
  • Once chilled decorate up to your preference.
