Marshmallow Egg Tart

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 20 g fine sugar
  • 150 g whipped cream
  • 70 g milk
  • 10 g condensed milk
  • Salted egg yolk sauce
  • Premade egg tarts
  • Handful of marshmallows
  • Appropriate amount of cheese powder

Instructions

  • Mix eggs, fine sugar, milk, whipped cream and condensed milk evenly then sieve it.
  • Squeeze salted egg yolk sauce onto the tart and pour in the egg mixture.
  • Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes. (the oven needs to be preheated in advance).
  • Place marshmallows and bake at 200 degrees for another 3 minutes.
  • Take them out and sprinkle them with some cheese powder.
