Ingredients
- Handful of tapioca/boba pearls
- Condensed milk
- White sugar
- Premade egg tarts
- Sweet syrup of your choice
Instructions
- Mix condensed milk and sugar then beat it until it is well incorporated.
- Use a spoon to put the milk mixture on the baked egg tart and put an appropriate amount of boba pearls.
- Drizzle some syrup.
2. Fruit Tart

Fruit Tart
Ingredients
- Premade egg tarts
- 1 egg
- 50 g pure milk
- 50 g whipped cream
- 10 g sugar
- Thick yogurt
- Slices of orange
- Handful of blueberries
- Dark chocolate bar, melted
Instructions
- Stir eggs, milk, whipped cream and sugar then sieve twice.
- Add some slices of orange, blueberries and chocolate to the mixture then blend it.
- Pour the mixture onto the tart and bake at 190 degrees for 20 minutes (preheat 10 minutes in advance).
- Once baked, pour some thick yogurt on the surface and place some sliced fruits for decoration.

- Premade egg tarts
- Tomato sauce
- Vegetable, diced (capcisum or others of your choice)
- Ham sausage
- Shrimp
- Shredded cheese
Instructions
- Boil the vegetable pieces for about 3 minutes.
- Brush the egg tart with tomato sauce, then place the vegetable cubes, ham, shrimp, and shredded cheese on it.
- Cook it in the air fryer at 180 degrees for 5 minutes or in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
4. Marshmallow Egg Tart

Marshmallow Egg Tart
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 20 g fine sugar
- 150 g whipped cream
- 70 g milk
- 10 g condensed milk
- Salted egg yolk sauce
- Premade egg tarts
- Handful of marshmallows
- Appropriate amount of cheese powder
Instructions
- Mix eggs, fine sugar, milk, whipped cream and condensed milk evenly then sieve it.
- Squeeze salted egg yolk sauce onto the tart and pour in the egg mixture.
- Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes. (the oven needs to be preheated in advance).
- Place marshmallows and bake at 200 degrees for another 3 minutes.
- Take them out and sprinkle them with some cheese powder.
