Lets start with the noodles, finely chop the garlic then cut the green mustards into smaller pieces. Finally , thinly slice the red chilis
Next, deep fry the noodles in hot oil until it is almost golden brown. Then, strain it to remove excess oil.
Set up a pot with boiling water and boil the deep fried noodles for not more than 2 mins
Next pour in about 3 tbsp of cooking oil into a wok. Then add in the garlic and stir fry until fragrant.
Once the garlic is fragrant, add in the eggs and stir until it is medium scrambled.
Then add in the noodles together with the rest of the ingredients. And fry until everything is well cooked.
For the chicken char siew, combine everything in a bowl, then add in the chicken. Marinate for at least 30 mins.
Heat up the oven at 180c and bake for 15 mins.
Then, increase the temperature to 190c and bake for another 5 mins.
Serve the noodles together with the chicken.
