Mojito Mocktail Popsicle

Ingredients

1. Mojito Mocktail Popsicle

  • 1 nos Lemon Zest
  • 1 nos Lime
  • 1 nos Lime Zest
  • 250 ml Sprite
  • 1 pc Chek Hup Sugar Sugar Stick
  • Mint leaf *optional

2. Summer Strawberry

  • 3 nos Strawberry
  • 3 tbsp Blended Strawberries/ Strawberry Jam
  • 250 ml Strawberry Sparkling Drink
  • 1 pc Chek Hup Sugar Stick

3. Bottomless Mimosas

  • 1 nos Orange
  • 250 ml Orange Sparkling Drink
  • 1 pc Chek Hup Sugar Stick
  • Mint leaf *optional

Instructions

Mojito Mocktail Popsicle

  • Zest the lemon and lime into a bowl.
  • Prepare a knife and a chopping board and slice both fruits into small segments that are able to fit into the popsicle mould
  • Once done, put the fruit segments aside. Next, place Chek Hup Sugar Stick into popsicle mould.
  • Then, place the fruit segments into the popsicle mould (amount of fruit segment is up to your own preference).
  • Put both lemon and lime zest into 250ml Sprite drink and gently stir it.
  • Once zest are evenly distributed in the drink, pour Sprite drink into popsicle mould and freeze it. (You may put mint leaf inside before freezing it)
  • Leave it in the freezer for more than 24 hours.

Summer Strawberry

  • Prepare a knife and a chopping board and slice 3 nos of strawberries into small cube size that are able to fit into the popsicle mould.
  • Once done, put the slice strawberries aside.
  • Place Chek Hup Sugar Stick into the popsicle mould followed by the sliced strawberries.
  • Mix 3 tbsp of blended strawberries/ strawberries jam into 250ml strawberry sparkling drink to enhance the strawberry flavour.
  • After mixture is done, can gently pour mixture into the popsicle mould and freeze it for more than 24 hours.
  • After 24 hours, it is ready to be served especially on a hot weather.

Bottomless Mimosas

  • Prepare a chopping board and a knife and cut 1 nos orange into small segments that are able to fit into the popsicle mould.
  • Put Chek Hup Sugar Stick into the popsicle mould and then followed by orange segments.
  • It is optional to add mint leaf but I personally would enjoy little bit more with abit of mint leaf inside to have a refreshing taste.
  • After that pour in 250ml Orange Sparkling Drink into the popsicle mould.
  • It is now ready to be freezed and freeze it for more than 24 hours.
  • After 24 hours, it is ready to be served and enjoy.

Notes

*if your popsicle does not comes out whole and clean which means that your popsicles need to be freeze for a longer time.
