For the crust, combine melted butter and 25 oreo cookies in a food processor. Process until it starts to stick together.
Press the mixture into a spring form pan and about 1/2 inches up the sides. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine 1/4 cup cream, Microwave on high in 20 second intervals, stirring well each time, until melted and smooth. Set aside.
In large bowl, beat cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth. Add powdered sugar and mix well.
Mix in remaining 1 cup cream until incroporated, then beat on high speed until you achieve stiff peaks.
Reserve 5 oreo cookies for garnish and crush the remaining Oreo cookies with a rolling pin. Stir into cheesecake filling.
Spread into the crust, cover, and refrigerate overnight. Slice and serve!
