Pound Cake

Ingredients

  • 200 g Telly all purpose mayo
  • 100 g Cake flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 5 g Baking powder
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 60 g Milk�
  • 250 g Blueberries
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla

Instructions

  • Beat the mayo with sugar and vanilla.
  • Sift and mix all ingredient except blueberry.
  • Once fully mix fold in blueberries and transfer into a pound cake pan.
  • Bake in 180c oven for 30-45 minutes depending on your oven heat intensity.
