Do you ever secretly hope you can add mayo to almost everything you eat without being judged?
Well you can actually! We have come across a great choice of mayo that can be used in baking – Telly Malaysia’s All Purpose Mayo. Using this mayonnaise, you can make cookies and even cakes!
Mayonnaise Cookies
Instructions
- Mix together sugar, flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add mayo and vanilla.
- Mix together very well.
- Shape into small balls.
- Press down with a fork, sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake approximately 12 minutes in a 350 degree F oven.
Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- ½ tsp Baking soda
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 package Semi-sweet chocolate chips (12 oz.)
- 2 Egg
- ¾ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Telly all purpose mayo
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Chopped nuts
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate.
- Sift all the dry ingredient.
- Beat eggs, mayo and vanilla until frothy.
- Combine all ingredient.
- Bake in 180°c oven for 35 minutes.
Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
Ingredients A
- 2 cups All purpose flour
- ? cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- A pinch of salt
Ingredients B
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 ? cups White sugar
- 1 ½ tsp Pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup Telly all purpose mayo
- 1 ? cups Water or coffee
Instructions
- Sift Ingredient A.
- Mix ingredient B.
- Combine both ingredient.
- Bake in 180c oven for 35 minutes.
Pound Cake
Ingredients
- 200 g Telly all purpose mayo
- 100 g Cake flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 5 g Baking powder
- 60 g Sugar
- 60 g Milk
- 250 g Blueberries
- 1 tbsp Vanilla
Instructions
- Beat the mayo with sugar and vanilla.
- Sift and mix all ingredient except blueberry.
- Once fully mix fold in blueberries and transfer into a pound cake pan.
- Bake in 180c oven for 30-45 minutes depending on your oven heat intensity.
Flat Bread
Ingredients
- 2 cups Self raising flour (see note below for using all purpose flour)
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 ? cups Telly all purpose mayo
Instructions
- Mix all ingredient and divide into 6 equal pieces.
- Roll until reaches 3mm thick.
- Cook in on a pan with no oil.
- Enjoy.
Mini Mayonnaise Bread
Ingredients
- 2 cups Self-raising flour
- 4 tbsp Telly all purpose mayo
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 ½ tsp Salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredient until combine and transfer it into a small muffin or mini loaf pan.
- Bake it in 180°c oven for 20 minutes or until the bread is golden brown.
