Almond cookies have always been a favorites during Chinese New Year. It’s crumbly texture with the little almond on top, is what makes everyone love ‘em! MFM Cap Ros Flour does the job well in preparing this delicious goodies.

Flourish Golden Almond Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
- 120 g Almond flour
- ¼ tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Baking soda & Baking powder - 120 g
Sugar - 120 ml
Neutral flavor oil - 180 g
Cap ros flour - 1 large
Egg yolk
Instructions
- In a stand mixer add almond flour, salt, baking soda & baking powder and sugar.
- Beat with low medium speed until all mix.
- Add neutral flavor oil slowly.
- Pour cap ros flour in mixer and mix until cohesive dough forms.
- Weigh the dough to make 10g each cookies.
- Roll it into a ball with your palm.
- Put almond on top of the cookies.
- Beat egg yolk and brush on cookies.
- Bake at 180°c for 15-20 minutes.
