We all have to agree that vacations are the times we want to unwind without any kind of disturbance. The last thing workers want while vacationing with their family or friend is an unexpected and annoying business call from a coworker.

Unfortunately, such calls and urgent work-related tasks are a common culture in many countries, resulting in running a long-planned break.
An Indian company has a solution to the problem.

Employees at Mumbai-based Dream11, a fantasy sports platform, need to pay a fine of 100,000 rupees (about RM5,346.13) if any of them contact a fellow colleague on their holidays, co-founder Bhavit Sheth told CNBC in an interview.
The 2008-founded company also makes it mandatory for all workers to enjoy at least a week off annually.
Once a year, for a whole week, the workers will be kicked out of the system, and they do not have to Slack, emails and calls to help them have a week of uninterrupted time.
This will also help the business to know whether or not they are dependent on anyone.
Until now, the system has proved effective, according to Sheth, the company’s co-founder.
