With durian season approaching, there are many durian sellers found everywhere. One of the sellers who has recently gained significant attention from netizens is Aliff Syukri, a celebrity entrepreneur.
He took to social media to announce that he has started selling durians directly sourced from his own farm.
He has successfully sold 300 Duri Hitam, 500 Musang King, 1,000 Udang Merah and Tembaga Emas, and 300 Durian Kampung.
What sets his durian business apart is that he sells the fruit for an incredibly low price of RM5 per kilogram.
Customers can even purchase durians at RM3 per piece during happy hour. Due to the overwhelming response, Aliff advises customers to arrive early as his durians sell out quickly.
Despite not making much profit, Aliff sees his business as a charity and uses the earnings to support his children’s education.
With the extraordinarily low price and variety of durian types, customers can be seen queueing to grab the opportunity to satisfy their durian cravings at an affordable price.
