- How to defrost the paratha is by removing it 30 minutes to 1 hour in advance and then cooking it as mentioned on the back instructions of your paratha packet. The other method is to take the paratha’s out and microwave it for a minute. You can microwave it all in one go, but be sure to remove the butter paper in between.
