What can I recycle?
Recycling can be a bit of a hassle when you’re unsure what can be recycled. Do not fret as here is a list of some items that can be recycled.
- Newspaper: it is one of the most common everyday objects that you see! Recycling newspapers actually helps save energy worth up to 60 percent needed to make a brand new newspaper print.
- Books: Unwanted book that you no longer read and in too bad of a condition to be donated? Recycle them!
- Cardboard: Some are unsure if cardboard is a type of paper that can be recycled. It absolutely is! Just be sure to flatten them to save and conserve space in the recycling bins when you throw them away.
- Plastic Bottles: The bottles used to hold soda, juice, water and even thicker plastic bottles that hold shampoo and similar items can be recycled as well!
