“ Was here for a minor gynaecological operation alone on daycare, was quite nervous when admitted. My doctor who is a warm lady, and especially the nurses are all very friendly always with smile on face and gentle, the atmosphere they bring out actually made me quite relaxed even when entering operation theatre. Food is reasonably nice, and really good green effort in making sure no plastic utensils are used. The only drawback is paper process (admission and discharge) in total took abit long 3-4hours, always opportunity for improvement. The whole experience in Pantai Cheras was quite pleasant, somehow reflect they have a good management team I guess.”
