For The Crust

• 5 tbsp Unsalted butter (melted)
• 66 g Sugar
• 204 g Graham cracker crumbs

For The Filling

• 1 tbsp Lemon zest
• 80 ml Lemon juice
• 150 g Sugar
• 1 large Egg (lightly beaten)
• 1 tsp Vanilla extract
• 453 g Cream cheese (softened)
• Icing sugar (for topping)
