Rich and delicious Coconut tart filled with coconut flavour! The skin is crispy, the inside is dense, the more you eat, the more addictive it is!
- 30 g Sugar
- 55 g Milk
- 38 g Minced coconut
- 30 g Butter
- 1 Egg
- Beat together eggs + milk + sugar. After melting the butter with hot water, add it in and stir well.
- Add coconut paste, mix well, pour in the egg tart wrapper until it's 90% full.
- Add cranberry or raisin.
- Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes, put it in the middle section of the oven with top and bottom heat for 15 minutes, then change it to 190 degrees for 10 minutes. When the colour changes it's done!
