What is FamilyMart Loyalty Programme?

The FamilyMart Loyalty Program was created to show appreciation for FamilyMart’s loyal customers. The Loyalty Programme Mobile App provides customers with a seamless and straightforward experience by enabling them to collect points while making purchases in any store and then receive benefits based on earned points. The Loyalty Programme also grants members access to exclusive benefits and promotions.

How to apply for a FamilyMart membership?

All you have to do is download the smartphone app and sign up by entering your basic personal information. Once completed, you will be able to enjoy all of the benefits and privileges that come with being a member!

How to collect points?

Members can earn points by shopping at any FamilyMart outlet in Malaysia. Simply display the QR Code in your Mobile App (FamiPoint page) to the cashier counter when making a payment. Every ringgit spent is worth one point (RM1 = 1 point).

Are all products entitled to points collection?

All FamilyMart items are entitled to points collection except

Tobacco
Free gifts
Take-away plastic bags at the counter
Any items redeemed via points, vouchers or coupons
Reloads of mobile phone prepaid, game points, bill payments and other services

What to do with the collected points?

Points earned can be redeemed for Rewards/Vouchers using the Mobile App. On the Reward/Voucher that you want to redeem, click the “Redeem Now” option. After successful redemption, the Reward/Voucher will be available under the “Voucher Earned” Page within 24 hours. You can then redeem the reward/voucher at any participating FamilyMart location, subject to the Terms & Conditions specified on each reward/voucher.

Will the points expire?

Yes, points must be redeemed within two (2) years after the end of the month they were earned on a first-come, first-served basis. For example, points earned on November 10, 2018, will expire on November 30, 2020.

First RM5 Purchase Reward – spend a minimum of RM5* in a single receipt within 1 month from the signup date to get weekly rewards.
