For most people, buying a car usually ends with choosing the model, colour and maybe a few accessories.
But what if that was only the beginning?
At the 2026 iCAUR International User Summit in Wuhu, China, iCAUR showed a very different idea of what car ownership could look like.
Under the theme “Classic Never Fades | Make It Yours,” the five-day gathering brought together more than 500 users from around the world, alongside partners and international media, for an experience centred around cars, creativity, customisation and community.
And from what we saw, this wasn’t your typical automotive event.

Meet The New iCAUR V25
One of the biggest highlights was the global debut of the iCAUR V25, joining the V23 and V27 to complete the brand’s growing V-Series family.
At first glance, the V25 has that rugged, boxy silhouette that immediately gives it character.
Classic round headlights keep the nostalgic SUV feel alive, while underneath it all sits a much more modern package designed for both city driving and outdoor adventures.
Some of the features that stood out include:
- i-SWIFT Agile Handling Platform
- Golden REEV powertrain
- i-AWD system
- 1.8-ton towing capability
- 6kW vehicle-to-load functionality
- 41 storage spaces
- More than 20 interfaces for personalisation
In other words, this is a car designed not just to take you somewhere, but to adapt to how you want to use it.

The Fun Part? You Don’t Have To Keep It Stock
This might be our favourite part of the summit.
Instead of displaying rows of identical cars, iCAUR brought together 20 customised vehicles, each showing how different owners and communities can interpret the same platform in completely different ways.
There were also three official customised V-Series models that caught plenty of attention.
V23 Forge
Think urban attitude with a tougher stance.
The V23 Forge gets a muscular widebody appearance with gloss-black details, while still maintaining the playful personality of the original V23.
V25 Game Changer
Probably the most unexpected of the three.
The V25 Game Changer mixes the V25’s rugged design with gaming-inspired elements, creating something that feels much younger and more playful.
V27 Sun Roam
For those who love everything retro, this one hits differently.
Inspired by 1980s off-road vehicles and vintage cameras, the V27 Sun Roam combines old-school adventure vibes with carefully designed modern details.
All three are planned for introduction into selected global markets from early 2027, subject to local market conditions and regulations.

Apparently, iCAUR Owners Really Love Customising Their Cars
Here’s one number that surprised us.
According to iCAUR, around 50% of its users worldwide customise their vehicles.
That explains why customisation has become such a major part of the brand experience.
Instead of treating aftermarket creativity as something separate from the brand, iCAUR is actively bringing those ideas closer to its own product development.
The company is also planning dedicated customisation areas inside future showrooms, giving owners more opportunities to explore accessories and personalisation ideas before creating their own version.
Because let’s be real, when everyone drives the same car, being able to say “this one is mine” becomes part of the fun.

Cars Are Becoming Part Of A Lifestyle
Walking through the iCAUR ecosystem showroom, it became clear that the brand isn’t only thinking about the car itself.
Outdoor equipment, lifestyle accessories and different activity setups showed how each vehicle could fit into completely different interests.
Travel.
Cycling.
Surfing.
Music.
Outdoor exploration.
The idea is simple.
Instead of asking customers to fit their lifestyle around the car, why not let the car adapt to their lifestyle?
Participants also got to experience the V-Series beyond the showroom through multi-scenario test drives involving mud, uneven surfaces, S-curves and other challenging road conditions.
There was even a smart factory tour, allowing visitors to take a closer look at how the vehicles are built and how quality is managed behind the scenes.

From Car Owners To A Global Community
Another interesting part of the summit was how much attention iCAUR placed on its users.
The brand already has official user clubs in nine countries, bringing owners together around common interests and experiences.
And in 2027, iCAUR plans to take that further with Club Connect, a global initiative designed to connect owners across different markets, encourage idea sharing and bring user feedback closer to future products and experiences.
The summit also introduced iCAUR’s first group of Brand Ambassadors, recognising users who have contributed creativity, passion and ideas to the community.
That says quite a lot about where iCAUR wants to take the brand.
The relationship doesn’t end when someone drives their new car out of the showroom.
In many ways, that is when it starts.

A Car That Becomes More “You” Over Time
At My Weekend Plan, we love seeing brands turn products into experiences.
And that might be the most interesting takeaway from the 2026 iCAUR International User Summit.
Yes, there are new cars.
Yes, there is new technology.
But the bigger idea here is about giving people room to express themselves.
Choose how you drive it.
Choose how you customise it.
Choose what lifestyle you build around it.
And maybe even help shape what comes next.
With iCAUR already present in more than 40 markets and aiming to expand into over 70 by 2027, we’ll be watching closely to see how this community-first approach evolves around the world.
Because sometimes, the most interesting car isn’t necessarily the one that leaves the factory looking perfect.
It’s the one that becomes more personal the longer you own it.
