Moist Chocolate Cake ( steamed)

Some of the housewives do not have an oven but they really want to bake a cake. Dont worry we got you covered. This cake doesn’t need to be baked but it can be a cake! In Fact it is better compared to most of the cakes that are using baking methods. This moist chocolate cake is extremely moist and really fluffy! The ingredients are rather easy to get in typical baking shop ingredient shop near you. 

Moist Chocolate Cake ( steamed)

Prep Time 20 minutes
Cook Time 45 minutes
Total Time 1 hour 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 180 g Butter
  • 200 g Castor sugar
  • 200 g Full cream evaporated milk
  • 2 Large Eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 100 g Plain flour
  • 50 g Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Cream butter and sugar
  • Add in milk and eggs slowly
  • Sift in the dry ingredients.
  • Fold the batter until fully incorporated
  • Transfer into a baking pan and steam for approximately 45 minutes or until toothpick came out clean
