Other than brownies, you’re definitely going to love this. This cafe and bakery is located at The Hub @ SS2 and Bangsar, operating from 11AM to 7PM. They serve various, delicious slice cakes to satisfy your love for cakes as well as various jars of cookies that you’re going to be obsessed with!
Kookycream is a bunch of passionate, striving bakers that have a love for baking fresh daily goodies to satisfy your sweet tooth. After this pandemic, it’s confirmed that I’m going to try and visit their pretty cafe someday! Various types of cake that you can order from there are chocolate, cheesecake, mini cakes, fruits and mille crepe. The very good news is that you’re able to preorder their sweet treats through Whatsapp or check out their entire website first to get more glimpses of what they’re serving!

When I found this account on Instagram, I was immediately in love with their bio. “Inspired by home recipes that I’ve grew up with. Hoping to spread love and happiness through our baked goods”, and that’s how you write an eye-catching, beautiful bio. With various cakes as you can see from their Instagram page and the delicious, chocolate brownies, I’m attracted. While it’s based in Rawang, it’s available to grab delivery around KL and Selangor as well as self-pickup at Taman Kancing Jaya.
Not only do they make brownies and mini pavlovas for your mini occasions and birthdays, they also serve Korean cakes! Korean cakes are known to be small and sometimes minimalistic, and they definitely deliver that. Check out their Instagram page and Whatsapp them to order!

Based in Kuala Lumpur (but ships interstate too!). This home-based bakery makes fresh and delicious baked goods with their cookies and brownies. Forget the carbs and calories, when they look this good!
I personally love the way the cakes look. It’s minimalistic and simple, and looks like something I could finish with just one bite. Also, if you’re not the type to throw away the thoughts of carbs and calories, they actually provide them in a post. The cakes pictured are flavored quinoa and pistachio! Not only that but they also have several cookies you can snack on like matcha, cocoa choco (totally love the name, it’s cute) and sea salt. This trained patissier is baking fresh, sweet goods in Hartamas, KL. The latest picture of their mouth-watering cookie really got my attention, I mean would you look at that?
Combat your hard days with these chewy, chunky cookies that you’ll automatically fall in love with. They look so good that I just might cry. Several flavours that they offer are classic chocolate chip walnut, double chocolate, signature red velvet and traditional oatmeal raisin. You can purchase half a dozen (6 pieces) for RM38 and a dozen (12 pieces) for RM65. Something unique that I find is that they would do specials (previously: cream puffs, carrot cake) for a limited time. Available from Monday to Saturday, definitely go check their Instagram page so you don’t miss out!
COOKAYCORNER
Based in Petaling Jaya, this cute-named bakery serves exactly what the username says. You would definitely expect them to serve warm, chewy, chocolate-y cookies.
From these pictures and their bio, it’s clear that they serve thick jumbo cookies that are to die for. You can pair your lonely cup of coffee with their Signature Jumbo! It’s basically a Nutella filled cookie, packed with walnuts and chocolate chunks! You can get a box of 4 at RM30! Another one that I find interesting is their Signature Jajumbo which is the Signature Jumbo but 6 inches big. Now, that is something I can get with. From first glance, I was attracted by the name or should I say I was Hella Whipped by the name. You’ll fall in love with this cool bakery’s warm, chocolate-filled Instagram feed. You’re gonna go through an endless scroll.
What’s even cooler is that their brownie batter consists of pure chocolate. Oh, the amount of chocolatey goodness is definitely not going to disappoint us. If you want salty (it’s topped with Maldon sea salt!) and sweet brownies to please your brownie cravings, this is it for you. Scroll through their page, you can see they offer various baked goods as well, such as Basque Burnt Cheesecake, Taiwanese Soft Nougat, Cioccolata cake (I’m loving this one, this sounds super fancy), and their NEW Matcha Burnt Cheesecake. Just like they said, Chunky.My serves your favourite cookie in town! If you have a serious relationship with cookies- literally any type of cookies, this is gonna be your new favourite bakery!
SO MANY cookies, I’m gonna have trouble choosing. They’re big, chunky and definitely chewy. They are too good to be true and thank God, they’re true and real.
