Banana Cake

Banana cake, we grew up with this cake. This traditional cake wins our heart no matter what. I mean we live in Malaysia and bananas are everywhere! And that’s why as a Malaysian you need to know how to make a banana cake. Moreover bananas tend to be bruised over night and some people dislike the taste of bruised bananas, however they are great in baking. The taste is immaculate! This recipe is really easy to make in only one bowl! I know right it’s crazy! And here in my weekend plan we dislike using baking soda so much that’s why we only use a pinch of baking soda so that the taste of the soda does not overpower the whole cake! I mean who in this world likes baking soda right?
