How To Line Square Baking Pan

We’ve been learning how to line our baking pans with parchment for some time now. It totally eliminates the fear that bars will stick to the pan. No fear, less fuss, no muss! Lining a baking pan with parchment paper is one of the easiest ways to save time and energy when making brownies, cakes, or any other baked goods. If you’ve used parchment, after your goods are baked and cooled, all you have to do is lift the edges of the paper to pull your treat out of the pan. From there, you can peel off the parchment easily and cut your baked goods into portions with no awkward knife-manoeuvring in the pan and no risk of damaging the pan too.

If you’ve never done this before, here’s what we do, an easy way to line square baking pans and why we line them.

  • Lining baking pans can prevent you from damaging your baking pans.
  • It also saves your time on washing off the edges that are hard to get it clean.
  • Lining baking pans are also to prevent your baked goods from sticking to your pans.
  • It gives a clean, nice edges and sides when removing it from the baking pan.

It takes some time to practise doing this in order to get it right. Doing it the first time might be a little hard but it is all about patience. Just like baking, some people don’t enjoy baking. It requires patience and a lot of waiting time. Same goes for this case, it requires practice in order to achieve it.
