Do you love all sorts of Korean food or perhaps you miss your time in Korea? Here’s an easy recipe on how to make Korean Pajeon or you might also know it as Korean Savoury Pancake!

Korean Pajeon
Ingredients
- 1 cup
Plain flour, sifted - 3 tbsp
CED Honey - 1 tbsp
Cornstarch - 1 tsp
Fine salt - 4 nos Garlic
- 1 nos Onion
- 1 cup Warm Water
- 12 nos Green onion
- 1 nos
Egg, beaten - 1 nos Red chili
Instructions
- Combine flour, cornstarch , salt, CED Honey,
- Once combined, add in the green onion, onion, garlic and egg
- Mix well.
- On a skillet, ladle out the batter and cook it for 5 minutes each side.
- Before flip sprinkle the red chillies.
