About Matcha…
Matcha is made from the tea plant name Camellia Sinensis. It is grown and cultivated with care and is specifically located in Japan; Uji in Kyoto and Nishio in AIchi prefecture – where the geographical location and the weather is suitable for it to be cultivated. Each leaves are then hand picked and ready to be harvested, then later steamed, dried, destemmed and lastly deveined. The leaves that are left are then grounded into fine powder.
Matcha Health Benefits
Matcha green tea is demanded not only of its distinct taste and smell, but also for its impressive health benefits it provides. Matcha contains amino acid, L-Theanine – which promotes relaxation and focus for a period of time. It also contains antioxidants because of how the leaves are grinded finally – making even a single small serving of matcha contains a large amount of nutrients.
