Banana Blondies
Ingredients
- 113 g
Butter melted - 59 g
Light brown sugar - 1 large
Egg - 1 tsp
Vanilla - 20 g Rasaku Coconut Cream Powder
- 142 g
All-purpose flour - 3 nos Banana mashed
Sauce
- 57 g
Butter - 92 g
Light brown sugar - 28 g
Milk - 113 g
Icing sugar - 1 cap Cowa Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
Decoration
Peanut Butter - Pretzel bite
- Hazelnut
Instructions
- In a large bowl add in the base ingredients and mix until fully combine
- Transfer it into a baking pan and bake in 180°C
- For the sugar paste, combine warm melted butter milk and brown sugar
- Stir until sugar are melted.
- Let it cool.
- Once cool pur in the icing sugar and mix
- Smear the blondies with the sugar paste
- Decorate it and cut it.
