Banana Blondies

Blondies never tasted this good. This beauty is drizzled with peanutbutter then topped with PRETZELS and HAZELNUTS! It was smeared with a sugary paste made of COWA’S Extra Virgin Coconut Oil. We opted for coconut oil due to its various health benefits. Packing flavor with every bite, start making some now by getting COWA’S Extra Virgin coconut oil

Banana Blondies

Prep Time 20 minutes
Cook Time 40 minutes
Total Time 1 hour


  • 113 g Butter melted
  • 59 g Light brown sugar
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 20 g Rasaku Coconut Cream Powder
  • 142 g All-purpose flour
  • 3 nos Banana mashed


  • 57 g Butter
  • 92 g Light brown sugar
  • 28 g Milk
  • 113 g Icing sugar
  • 1 cap Cowa Extra Virgin Coconut Oil


  • Peanut Butter
  • Pretzel bite
  • Hazelnut


  • In a large bowl add in the base ingredients and mix until fully combine

  • Transfer it into a baking pan and bake in 180C

  • For the sugar paste, combine warm melted butter milk and brown sugar
  • Stir until sugar are melted.

  • Let it cool.
  • Once cool pur in the icing sugar and mix

  • Smear the blondies with the sugar paste

  • Decorate it and cut it.
