Peanut Butter Muffin

  • 100 g Low gluten flour
  • 100 g Granulated peanut butter
  • 2 nos Eggs
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 60 g Milk
  • 50 ml Salad oil
  • Proper amount of baking powder

Instructions

  • First, mix the egg and sugar together, and then mix in salad oil.
  • Then add peanut butter and milk and mix well, then sift low gluten flour and baking powder together. Mix well.
  • Next, cover the batter with plastic wrap and let it stand for half an hour, then put the batter into the paper cup about eight full.
  • Finally, put it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees, bake for 10 minutes.

Pumpkin Muffin

Mushroom Head Chocolate Muffin

  • 60 g Sugar
  • 60 g Whole egg
  • 60 g Butter
  • 1.5 g Baking soda
  • 63 g Milk
  • 2.5 g Baking powder
  • 1 g Salt
  • 150 g Plain flour
  • 75 g Toasted chocolate beans
  • 100 g Valrhona dark chocolate
  • 62 g Plain yogurt

Instructions

  • First melt the dark chocolate using the double boiling method, add white sugar and stir until melt. After a little warm, pour the butter and beat well.
  • Next, add the yogurt and milk mixture in portions, and pour the whole egg in portions.
  • Mix well, then sift in all powders and salt to the mixture.
  • When half of the powder is left in the batter, pour in roasted chocolate beans and mix well. Mix until there's no dry powder and pour into the mold.
  • Finally, sprinkle with roasted chocolate beans to decorate, and then put into the preheated oven for 25 minutes at 200 degrees.

Yogurt and Honey Muffin

  • 50 g Butter
  • 20 g Honey
  • 60 g Yogurt
  • 1 nos Eggs
  • 100 g Low gluten flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 30 g Sugar
  • 30 g Dried cranberries
  • 30 g White rum

Instructions

  • First cut the dried cranberries into small pieces, soak in white rum for 30 minutes, then cut the butter into small pieces. Add sugar and honey to the mixture and mix well.
  • Then add the egg liquid three times until it is well mixed, pour in the baking powder and low gluten flour when it's creamy.
  • Next, add ½ of the mixed flour and ½ of yogurt to the butter mixture, use spatula to mix all the ingredients, then add the remaining powder and yogurt and continue to mix.
  • In addition, soak the dried cranberries with paper towels to absorb moisture, add to the batter and mix with a spatula. Then put the batter into the decorating bag, and gently squeeze it into the paper cup until it is seven full.
  • Finally sprinkle some dried cranberries to decorate, bake it at 175 degree for 25 to 30 minutes!

Coffee Walnut Muffin

  • 90 g Milk
  • 160 g Low gluten flour
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 60 g Salad oil
  • 3 tsp Coffee
  • 20 g Walnut meat
  • ½ tsp Baking soda

Instructions

  • First break the eggs, add sugar and mix well, then pour in salad oil and mix well. Pour in milk and mix well.
  • Then mix the instant coffee with water and mix well, then sift the low-gluten flour and baking soda, use a spatula to gently mix from different directions.
  • Next, pour in the walnuts and mix well. Prepare the baking sheet and pour the batter into the paper cup until it's seven full.
  • Finally, put it in the preheated oven, adjust the temperature to 170 degrees, and bake for 20 minutes.

Coconut Raisin Muffin

  • 150 g Butter

  • 225 g Low flour
  • ½ tsp Baking powder
  • 90 ml Milk
  • 100 g Coconut
  • 75 g Raisins

  • After softening the butter, add sugar to beat until the color becomes light and fluffy, Clean the raisin and use kitchen paper towels to absorb moisture and set aside.
  • Then break the eggs, add butter into the portions and mix well, then add coconut milk and stir well.
  • Next, sift in the low-gluten flour, pour in the coconut mixture and stir a few times, then pour in the raisins and mix until you can't see the dry flour.
  • Finally, pour the cake batter into the paper mold, put it in the middle of the preheated oven and bake at 170 degrees for 35 minutes!

Oats Muffin

  • 100 g Oats
  • 100 g Fresh milk
  • 2 nos Eggs
  • 120 g Low gluten flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 100 g Salad oil

Instructions

  • First mix the egg with sugar, then pour the salad oil and milk, then mix until it completely melted.
  • Then give the powder a good sieve and mix well, then pour in oatmeal and mix well.
  • Finally, put them into small cups and bake into the preheated oven.
  • Use 180 degrees, bake for 30 minutes.

Orange Peel Honey Muffin

  • 2 nos Eggs
  • 350 g Premix muffin mixture (brand: betty crocker)
  • 88 g Vegetable oil
  • 90 g Water
  • 15 g Honey
  • Sugar (candied orange peel)

Instructions

  • First scrape off the white part of the orange peel, then boil the cut orange peel, water and white sugar for 10 minutes and soak for half an hour and cut into chopped cubes.
  • Then break the eggs, add honey, vegetable oil, water and muffin in tum. Mix it well.
  • Next, add the chopped diced orange peel into the batter and mix well, then pour it in a paper cup and fill it up to 80% full.
  • Finally, put it in the preheated oven, bake it at 175 degrees for 10 minutes.
